English For Professional Communication, Islamic Institution, Land Use Planning, Survey & Statistical Techniques, Regional & Rural Planning, Planning Project 3 (Layout 2), Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Development, Creative and Critical Thinking, Planning Project 4: Layout & Development Proposal Report, Urban Design, Urban Engineering, Geographic Information System In Planning.

Year 3

Industrial Training, Industrial Training Report and Seminar, Islamic Worldview/Self Development, Planning Project 5 (Town Development), Urban Economics, Traffic Engineering and Transportation, Planning Law & Practice.
